All Ubisoft fans rejoice, Ubisoft has just tweeted that their network is back up. Ubisoft tweeted:

Out network is now back to normal. You should be able to access everything.
2 hours ago they were having a technical issue with most of the network.

A technical issue has put down most of our web infrastructure. We are hard at work to solve it. Update to come.
I am glad that everything is up and running, now time to go back and play some kick ass games.
