PlayStation Network Users Will Not Be Banned For Using Javelin Glitch

Call of Duty:Modern Warfare 2

If you want to cheat in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, then play it on the PlayStation 3. It has been confirmed that if you use the glitch on Xbox Live you will be banned. However, nothing is happening on the Sony side about this issue. It would be nice if users would be banned on the PlayStation Network too but we can’t have the best of both worlds can we?

Sony has been usually on the spot when banning people but it seems when it merges over to the Call of Duty series, they just don’t seem to care. Remember way back when that ultimate God cheat for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare came out? All they did was release a update and some people still managed to skip the update install and use the hack. Sony did not ban a single player that had used the hack. But we also have to put into consideration that it was a hack and not a glitch. People who find glitches and use them shouldn’t be banned.

Here at E4G we play games fairly and ask if you could too. Do not use this glitch online, only in private matches for fun. It would suck if the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 experience was ruined on the PlayStation 3.

  1. Nobody is being banned on Xbox Live either. They are suspending those who cheat… big difference.

    • Suspension and Ban are technically the same things. You can get suspended for X amount of hours and you can be banned for X amount of hours. :P

  2. Not really but ok ^^
