EA’s Survival Horror epic, is set to follow in the footsteps of Modern Warfare 2 and Uncharted. In a recent interview with IGN, senior vice president and head of Visceral Games, Nick Earl discussed plans for the next installment, and its new direction. “Some really strong action sequences that I think are on par with the level that we’re seeing in the Modern Warfare series and with the level that we’re seeing in Uncharted. Just beautiful, visual imagery and very electric action.”
Will Dead Space 2 go the way of Resident Evil 5? Or will it bring something fresh to the Sci-Fi horror genre? We’ll be sure to keep you posted about any revelations in the future.

I hope the game avoids the Resident Evil 5 way, I really didn’t like it (Just my opinion though).

I was hoping Dead Space would take over as the new Survival horror king. Lets keep our fingers crossed.
