After the chimera virus has spreads around the world and only one survived and this is his story.

Design 9.4

In this game every monster has its own details. I would say that the bigger monsters have a lot more detail to them unlike some other ones. The guns are designed quite nicely but it has some flaws. When you shoot one shot and you reload the weapon, it completely reloads everything instead of just one bullet. People might not pay attention to this but you will get used to it. When you run in the game it actually looks like you are running to a certain point. The gun does drop down but it would be nice to make it more real by instead of the gun going up and down it can go side to side.

Story 9.1

The game takes place after Resistance Fall of Man when the near the end of the game the virus has started to spread. Now, for the first mission you have to destroy this huge thing called a “Goliath”. There is a pretty basic tutorial at the beginning showing off the basics of guns that have secondary weapons and how to use the rocket launcher. Basically during the first mission all you do is kill the chimera and destroy the Goliath. After that mission you are going to have to try and kill everything that is infected with the virus. Some of it is a bit dry but patience has its reward in this game.

Gameplay 9.0

It is very easy to pick up stuff in this game and change weapons. The only thing I really didn’t like was when you either wanted to run or crouch and the game does the complete opposite of one of the two. One thing I did notice is that when someone goes to enter a combination to unlock the door the person who unlocks it completely misses the pad. This is probably a flaw that Insomniac Games couldn’t fix but if you are a nitpicky person it might get to you that they are pushing buttons while nothing is there. In the online of the game you basically just compete against other players and try to get as many kills as you can. There are some other modes like skirmish etc but it’s all the basic stuff.

Presentation 9.2

There are a variety of weapons to choose from and a ton of infected ready to die. There is a really good online co-op to help you get that ton of experience points that you need to level up. People today are still competing to get all of those points. So if you join now you might have a good chance of getting into the top ranks: D. Overall I would say that this game is a great time killer and that you should check it out.
